A new and distinct cultivar of Argyranthemum plant named 'Supa3047', characterized by its compact, upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit, dense and bushy plants; freely flowering habit with numerous inflorescences per plant; anemone-type inflorescence form with lemon yellow-colored ray florets and yellow orange-colored disc florets.
