Disclosed is an apparatus and method for managing a mobile communication
network in an IMT-2000 system by means of a TMN. The apparatus and method for managing
the mobile communication network in the IMT-2000 system by mean of the TMN has
advantages of achieving a distensible, reusable, and optimized management with
respect to MOs by managing the IMT-2000 communication network by means of the standardized
management method, TMN, and further of efficiently managing the IMT-2000 communication
network by applying the TMN method not only to a BSM but also to control stations.
