The system can enable broad service with confirmed identification of relevant parties to be served. An automated search of electronic records provides uniform search criteria for compliance, even with multiple locations and subsidiaries, including foreign subsidiaries. Ongoing searching via real time monitoring of accounts, credit, entities, wire transfer and other activities also provides a level of detail and uniformity heretofore unavailable.
