The bicycle wheel with spinner attachment is a bicycle wheel and removable spinner
attachment for the front and rear wheels of a bicycle. The wheel has a hub, a rim
and a structural member connecting the hub to the rim. The structural member can
be decorative spokes, a thin plate or flat plates that extend up from the hub to
the rim. The hub has hub extensions extending from the wheel. A spinner mount is
disposed on each hub extension and fixed to the wheel. A bearing assembly is mounted
on the spinner mount, and a spinner is attached to the bearing assembly for rotation
when the bicycle accelerates. The spinner continues to rotate by inertia when the
bicycle is stopped. Preferably the wheel is made as a unitary body resembling an
automobile wheel in ornamental appearance.
