The product fluids may be stored in storage vessels. A plurality of pumps may be used to produce a flow of one or more product fluids. The product fluids may be dispensed through one or more dispensing conduits. A user may dispense the product fluids for use as automotive appearance care products. The user may receive a statement of a fee for using the apparatus based on a selected basis.
