The present invention encompasses compounds of Formula (I) and
pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof. The compounds are
inhibitors of granzyme B and are useful for treating autoimmune and
chronic inflammatory diseases. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods of
use are also included.
