A portable ultrasound height measuring apparatus, which comprises a display module
and a measuring module. Wherein the display module comprises a LCD, a speaker,
a transparent plank and a skidproof pad. The measuring module comprises an ultrasound
emitter, an ultrasound receiver, a start button, a set fingerboard, and under the
set fingerboard a microprocessor. The apparatus measures height of measured person
by emitting an ultrasound signal from the emitter and receiving a reflecting signal
by the receiver, then displays value on the LCD. The display module and measuring
module are jointly connected together to make the display module able to rotate,
open, and close in a set range of angle relative to the measuring module.
