A system and method for evaluating employees and, more particularly to a
targeted system and method incorporating actionable feedback. Rather than
rating every item and competency in the survey, the respondents and
self-evaluators only chose one to three strong competencies and one to
three weak competencies. Items beneath those two to six chosen
competencies are in turn selected according to their support of the
strength or contribution to the weakness, but not according to a rating
scale. Respondents are asked to indicate their willingness to support the
subject in his/her subsequent endeavors to leverage strengths and improve
developmental areas.
