A dual purpose competition stunt bicycle steering brake and stabilizing system consists of a disk brake on the steering shaft which allows unlimited 360 degrees rotation of the steering wheel and allows the rider to start, stop or change direction of the relative rotation of the frame of the bicycle to the wheel.
