A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named 'Dekfullham', characterized by its daisy-type inflorescences with spatulate to oblong-shaped, red purple-colored ray florets and yellow green-colored disc florets; strong and upright flowering stems; freely flowering habit; early and uniform flowering response; and good postproduction longevity.
