An object of the capacity control valve is to provide a constant, stable control
of the pressure load without fluctuations. Also another object is to improve an
energy efficiency of the drive torque of the rotary shaft by means of a control
of the pressure load. In this arrangement, the solenoid coil section controls as
a reference value of pressure load which is calculated by taking a sum of a pressure
differential between the discharge pressure and the pressure in the control chamber,
multiplied by the area of the open passage of the first valve seat, and a pressure
differential between the pressure in the control chamber and the suction pressure,
multiplied by the area of the open passage of the second valve seat.
