The invention is directed to hot moist food packaging, a method for
packaging the same, and a method to impart oil and grease repellency to
paper or paperboard. The compositions and methods are especially valuable
when used for packaging foods such as hot moist breads, buns and oily
starchy foods such as potatoes. The compositions and method ensure that
the paper in contact with the food does not stick to the bread bun or
starchy foods and cause breaking or fragmentation.
