A pre-wiring apparatus, system and method is useful to provide a quick, efficient, and inexpensive way to install low voltage wire, and the like, between an electrical box and terminal locations during building construction. The apparatus includes bracketing, wire grommets, Sheetrock.RTM. tools, corner brackets, weatherproof stubs, and related trim elements to systematically provide non-detectable terminals for finished surfaces on interior walls and ceilings, and exterior walls. The method includes installing the terminal apparatus, running wire to selected locations, and finishing the terminal.
