This invention provides crystalline forms of a 1-methylcarbapenem derivative of formula (I-1), (I-2) or (I-3) ##STR00001## The crystalline forms of the 1-methylcarbapenem derivative exhibit excellent antibiotic activity against various bacterial strains and sufficient stability for practical use.
