members, serine/threonine protein kinase family members, hexokinase
family members, serine/threonine phosphatase family members, prolyl
oligopeptidase family members, trypsin family members, trypsin serine
protease family members, and ubiquitin protease family members. The
invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant
expression vectors containing 2504, 15977, 14760, 53070, 15985, 50365,
26583, 21953, m32404, 14089, or 23436 nucleic acid molecules, host cells
into which the expression vectors have been introduced, and nonhuman
transgenic animals in which a 2504, 15977, 14760, 53070, 15985, 50365,
26583, 21953, m32404, 14089, or 23436 gene has been introduced or
disrupted. The invention still further provides isolated 2504, 15977,
14760, 53070, 15985, 50365, 26583, 21953, m32404, 14089, or 23436
proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-2504, 15977,
14760, 53070, 15985, 50365, 26583, 21953, m32404, 14089, or 23436
antibodies. Diagnostic methods utilizing compositions of the invention
are also provided.
