The present invention relates to new compounds of general formula 1 ##STR00001## wherein X.sup.- and the groups A, B, R, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.3', R.sup.4, R.sup.4', R.sup.x and R.sup.x' may have the meanings given in the claims and in the specification, processes for preparing them and their use as pharmaceutical compositions.
