According to the present invention, there are provided a saccharide compound capable of interacting with L-selectin, P-selectin and chemokine; a pharmaceutical composition; and an agent for treating or preventing a disease of which sideration is associated with biological events mediated by any of L-selectin, P-selectin and chemokine.
