The mesh has a tri-layer structure including a gate layer, an insulation layer and a converging electrode layer. The converging electrode layer is selected from a metal conductive plate with a plurality of aperture, the insulation layer is coated on the converging electrode layer, and a gate is formed on the insulation layer.
