Another aspect of the present invention employs a jacket having a body portion with sleeves and a torso, and a removable shell portion having sleeve and a torso segments. A further aspect of the present invention provides wind resistant shoulder and sleeve segments which are permanently attached together, and an air permeable and/or perforated lower torso segment attached to at least the shoulder segment.
