Each record in the list can include a specified destination, and a supporting external messaging system. Finally, the premium messaging exchange can include an interface to the list which can be accessed by querying external messaging systems and through which supporting external messaging systems can be identified for specific destination addresses provided by the querying external messaging systems through the interface.
