A flat panel display TV stand makes it possible to stably install a TV equipped with a flat panel display (e.g. LCD or PDP) regardless of the type of wall (e.g. concrete wall, gypsum board wall, or wooden wall), on which the TV is to be installed, as well as the size of the TV.
