Medical test measurement data is uploaded to the central server from remote locations via patient Internet apparatus via the Internet. The server selects a computer program algorithm to process said medical test measurement data. The server processes the medical test measurement data in accordance with the selected computer program algorithm to produce test information from said medical test measurement data. The server downloads the test information to predetermined user apparatus coupled to the Internet.
