`SAVapam` is a new and distinct variety of miniflora rose plant primarily identified by its double, old-fashioned, pink and pink blend flowers on an upright and well branched plant. Flowers last a long time both on the plant and as cut flowers. Its dark green, semi-glossy foliage has shown exceptional disease resistance in national, outside testing. `SAVapam` is hardy at least to zone 5 and heat tolerant at least to zone 9.
