The engine mount includes at least one inclined hydro mount in which a working fluid is enclosed and a maximum damping generating axis is inclined a predetermined angle with respect to a vertical line. The inclined hydro mount is disposed inwardly of a total width in a power plant which includes the transversal engine and a transmission.
