Allowing the owner to edit at least one item of private information and allowing the owner to create a first relationship between a symbolic name and the item of private information. Allowing the owner to create a second relationship between a communication application and the symbolic name. Allowing the owner to create a third relationship between the symbolic name and a client, the third relationship arranged to prevent the client from accessing the item of private information, and providing a website, the website arranged to enable the client to access the symbolic name.
