A circuit board is mounted in a cabinet in which a disk is housed. A treatment for preliminarily releasing ammonia possibly causing fogging of the disk from the circuit board is performed by allowing the circuit board to stand at 70.degree. C. outside the cabinet for 24 hours before the circuit board is mounted in the cabinet.
