The invention relates to a novel strain of lactic bacteria comprising at
least one sequence selected from a group consisting of nucleotide
sequences SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 2, SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 4, SEQ ID
No. 5, SEQ ID No. 6, SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 8 and to a method for the
production of said strains. The invention also relates to the sequences
SEQ ID Nos. 1-8 and to a nucleic acid, vectors and plasmids comprising
said sequences. The invention further relates to food products,
especially milk products containing said strains.
