A method of printing comprising providing a document having multiple pages in structured PDL document format; converting the structured PDL document to an unstructured PDL document format; calculating from total number of page information provided by the structured PDL document a marker page of the document; rasterizing the unstructured PDL document; and printing the unstructured PDL document, wherein the marker page identifies at least one page to be printed with special circumstances.
