Compounds are disclosed having the general formula: ##STR00001## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R', B, Y and X are described in the description. Compositions comprising the compounds and methods for using the compounds to inhibit HCV are also disclosed.
