A cover having a second slot engageable with the wire includes third and fourth laterally-spaced surfaces spaced along a length of the conductor from the first and second surfaces, and offset laterally from the first and second surfaces, the third and fourth surfaces having between them a second width that is less than a width of an outer surface of the insulation and greater than a width of the wire.
