A signal processing device (30) carries out signal processing on an input musical tone signal so as to generate acoustic beams from outputs of the plurality of speakers. A wireless transmitting device (40) and a wireless receiving device (50) are disposed on a signal line in a preceding or subsequent stage of the signal processing device, for transmitting and receiving signals by radio.
