Compositions comprising, as the active ingredients, resveratrol, a derivative, metabolite or analogue thereof, and at least one additional component selected from EGCG, genistein, vitamin E, polyunsaturated fatty acids, gamma-linolenic acid and vitamin K are disclosed.
