A stringed musical instrument, such as a guitar, wherein an easily
accessible adjustment member allows the user to change the vertical
height of the instrument's neck without affecting the angle of the neck
relative to the guitar body. This invention allows the user to quickly
adjust the action of the instrument without affecting the intonation or
scale length of the guitar in one simple step without requiring the user
to remove the strings, loosen any screws, or perform any additional
mechanical adjustments.
