The system includes a plurality of sensors, wherein each sensor gathers data on chemical, radiation or biological agents. A central processing unit is in communication with sensors analyzes sensor collected data. A transmission system transmits data in the form of alerts from each central processing unit by secure, encrypted packets over a network.
