The apparatus includes an input device operably coupled to a Select Talent Group Selector having a computing circuit for computing scores of the individuals in the at least two talent groups based on the selection criteria and audition information. The apparatus includes a database operably coupled to the Select Talent Group Selector. The apparatus includes an output device, having displays listing the output of the output device. The method for forming the select talent group having at least two individuals, comprising the steps of: inputting selection criteria for an area of talent; auditioning at least two talent groups; and forming the select talent group having at least two individuals, wherein at least one of the individuals is selected from a talent group other than the talent group of another of the at least two individuals.
