This invention relates to the use of a group of pteridine derivatives, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, N-oxides, solvates, dihydro- and tetrahydroderivatives and enantiomers, for the manufacture of a medicament for the prevention or treatment of TNF-.alpha. related disorders.
