There is provided compounds of formula I, ##STR00001## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.41 to R.sup.46, A, B and G have meanings given in the description, which are useful in the prophylaxis and in the treatment of arrhythmias, in particular atrial and ventricular arrhythmias.
