In a second embodiment, an optical, radio-frequency or microwave treatment energy-delivery apparatus is provided for at least one of thermally, ablatively or photo-optically treating at least a first portion of at least one hair, hair-shaft, hair root-structure, hair root-region, hair-follicle, hair-related scalp tissue or hair-supporting vasculature.
