Novel amine compounds which are efficacious against diseases such as
infection with HIV virus, rheumatism, and cancer metastasis include
compounds represented by the following general formula (1), a
pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a prodrug thereof:
##STR00001## wherein each of n.sub.1, n.sub.2, and n.sub.3 is an integer
of 1; each of R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, and R.sub.6 is
independently a hydrogen atom; A.sub.1 is imidazole; A.sub.2 is imidazole
or imidazole substituted with an alkyl group; W is a phenyl group or
naphthyl group; X is CH.sub.2; D is a group represented by -Q-Y--B,
wherein Q is NR.sub.12 and R.sub.12 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group;
Y is (CH.sub.2)m.sub.3 and m.sub.3 is an integer of 2 to 4; and B is
N(R.sub.25R.sub.26), wherein each of R.sub.25 and R.sub.26 are
independently a hydrogen atom, a C.sub.1 C.sub.6 alkyl group or a C.sub.3
C.sub.6 cycloalkyl group.
