An apparatus according to the present invention, includes an adjustable mechanism part (50) and a control part (30) adjusting the mechanism part and a radio communication part (40) establishing radio communication connection with a terminal (2) and carrying out data transmission/reception with the terminal, and the control part includes a data producing part (31) which produces data transmit to the terminal; an analyzing part which analyzes data received from the terminal; and an adjustment part (35) which adjusts the mechanism part based on the data analyzed.
