PDE4 inhibition is achieved by novel compounds, e.g., N-substituted diarylamine analogs. The compounds of the present invention are of Formulas I-III: wherein A, B, D, E, G, J, K, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.11, R.sup.12, R.sup.13, R.sup.14, R.sup.21, R.sup.22, R.sup.23 and R.sup.24 are as defined herein.
