Alternatively, the glenoid prosthesis may include a first member including at least one projection and at least one anchor, the at least one projection and at least one anchor operable to engage the anatomy or the glenoid prosthesis may include a first member including at least one resiliently deformable projection and a second member defining an aperture operable to interconnect with the at least one resiliently deformable projection of the first member to couple at least one of the first member or second member to the anatomy.
