A distinct cultivar of Carnation plant named `Yoder Joy`, characterized by
its white-colored flowers with purple-colored picotee petal margins and
random spots and streaks; freely flowering habit with about eight to ten
flowers per flowering stem; slightly fragrant flowers; strong calyxes
that resist splitting; good postproduction longevity with flowers
maintaining good substance and color for about ten days in an interior
environment after shipping; and resistance to Fusarium oxysporum.
