The tapered rod comprises an incident end face, an emissive end face having an area larger than that of the incident end face, and a total reflection face which guides at least the diffusion light striking on the incident end face to the emissive end face by inner face reflection. The pipe is disposed in a position which is farther than a distance from the central axis to the total reflection face and comprises a reflection face or a reflection layer which coats the tapered rod.
