A new and distinct cultivar of Oxalis plant named `Jroxfroja`, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and uniformly mounded plant habit; numerous basal leaves; dense and bushy plant form; freely flowering habit; dark green-colored foliage; and white-colored flowers.
