A water resource recycling system includes an environmental permeable
flooring which allows the rain on the ground be accumulated and quickly
permeate into the underground. A vertical overflow duct is drilled deep
into the permeable stratum under the ground to further draw the rain
through the impermeable (clay) stratum to the deeper groundwater stratum.
A plurality of water reservoirs pre-buried under the ground nearby the
vertical overflow duct are connected to the vertical overflow duct,
thereby as the rain permeated from the ground surface to the vertical
overflow duct becomes saturated, the rain will flow to the water
reservoirs of different size. Each water reservoir is connected to a
water-drawing pipe extended to the ground surface such that the rain can
be completely absorbed and stored by the earth for preventing heat island
effect.
