The front surface 14b of the translucent member 14 is divided in a radial pattern to form a plurality of fan-shaped zones SA and SB, which are further divided into concentric circular shapes to form a plurality of fan-shaped zone bands SA1, SA2, SA3 and SA4, and SB1, SB2 and SB3, respectively, which are provided with the lens elements 14s1 and 14s2 therein.
