The wireless communication system enables information to be communicated wirelessly between separate components of the system. The wireless communication system includes a dongle. The dongle has an antenna for transmitting and/or receiving information and an electrical connector for mating engagement with an electrical connector on at least one of the separate devices. The wireless communication system can utilize bluetooth wireless communication technology.
