Abdominal exercisers allow a user to perform sit-ups without straining
their back. A set of adjustable handles allow the user to use his or her
arms and upper body to assist the upward motion of the torso if
necessary, thereby reducing back strain. A head and neck cushion and seat
cushion support the user, and footrests hold the user's feet in place.
Nonskid pads are attached to the bottom of the abdominal exerciser to
prevent it from slipping during use. The abdominal exerciser folds in
half for ease of transport and storage.
