Secure network locations for collection of clinical trial assessment data are connected with a central clinical data management server and associated database. The clinical trial assessment data received from different clinical trial sites are assessed centrally using the clinical data management server. In some embodiments, a remote clinician is enabled to cooperate with clinical trial subjects in the collection of clinical trial assessment data.
